Welcome to my site, and thanks for taking the time to visit. I built this website to give an overview of my professional background, the kind of work I do, and the areas of finance and business that I’m most interested in. My work is mainly focused on investment research, capital markets, and business development, with a strong focus on real estate credit, interest rates, and credit markets, but I also spend a lot of time studying the broader financial markets and how everything connects.

 

Much of what I do involves studying liquidity, risk conditions, and capital flows, and working to understand how changes in interest rates, credit markets, and the economy affect lending, investment decisions, and business strategy. I enjoy working with data, building models, writing research, and turning complex market information into something that can actually be used to make decisions, explain opportunities, or support business growth.

I’m generally interested in roles and projects where I can combine market analysis, investing, strategy, and business development — especially in areas related to real estate, private credit, hedge funds, and broader capital markets.
